The 31st Shanghai TV Festival (STVF) is scheduled to take place from June 22 to 26, 2026.
The online media registration channel is now officially open on the festival’s official website. Media reporters intending to cover the event are required to carefully complete the registration form in accordance with the instructions and submit the supporting documents as required. The organizing committee will review the registration information for media accreditation.

Application steps
1. Media personnel applying to become registered reporters for the 31st STVF, please visit the official website at www.stvf.com on your PC, enter the “Media Accreditation” section under “Registration & Submission”, and fill in the registration application form accurately, and upload the supporting materials as required.
2. The materials required include: the standard ID photo taken within half a year, the information page of the press card issued and annually inspected by the national competent authority, and the letter of introduction issued and sealed by the unit. For website and new media covering and editing staff, please upload a photocopy of the ID card and the collective registration certificate issued by the unit, and indicate the name of the website or new media.
3. Please upload links of recent reports on STVF or other relevant events in the radio, television, and online audiovisual sectors, or send the links of relevant reports to press@stvf.com. The above links are not required, but they will be important reference factors for media accreditation by the organizing committee.
4. After the registration application is submitted, the organizing committee will review the relevant information. Applicants who pass the review will receive a confirmation letter at their registered email address, which will include instructions on how to use the media credential. Applicants who fail to pass the review will not receive a separate email notification.
Notice
1. For this year, the festival has adopted an electronic media credential that incorporates a dynamic QR code. Once your registration is approved, you can retrieve it via the official STVF mobile app or WeChat applet using your registered account. There is no need to visit the registration center to collect a physical version. The electronic credential will grant you access to the festival’s events and services.

3. For media reporters from Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, as well as foreign countries and regions, if you have any questions about the registration procedures, please contact the organizing committee at press@stvf.com.
4. If any personnel changes occur after the registration form has been submitted, please provide relevant supporting documents and explanatory materials, and send them to press@stvf.com. And temporary replacement of reporters on site will not be allowed.
5. To make the latest news materials available to the media, we’ll set up the “Online News Center” on the official website during the STVF. Media reporters may log in using their registered accounts and passwords to obtain such materials, and make interview and event appointments.
6. During the festival, the organizing committee will partially provide lunches to registered reporters based in Shanghai, in accordance with the daily event schedule. Yet transportation and accommodation expenses shall be borne by the reporters themselves.
