The 30th Shanghai TV Festival (STVF) is scheduled to take place from June 23 to June 27, 2025.
The 30th STVF is now open for online media registration. Media personnel attending for interviews and reports shall follow the prompts to fill in the application form in an accurate manner, and submit the supporting materials as required. And we will review your media qualifications based on the registration information.

Application steps
1. Media personnel applying to become the registered reporters for this STVF, please visit www.stvf.com on your PC, enter the “Media Accreditation” section under “Registration Submission”, follow the prompts to fill in the items in the application form in an accurate manner, and submit the supporting materials as required.
2. Please fill in the registration application form accurately, and upload the supporting materials as required, including the standard ID photo taken within half a year, the information page of the press card issued and annually inspected by the national competent authority, and the letter of introduction issued and sealed by the unit. For website and new media covering and editing staff, please upload a photocopy of the ID card and the collective registration certificate issued by the unit, and indicate the name of website or new media.
3. Upon registration, please upload the link of recent reports on STVF or other television and online audiovisual fields, or send the link of relevant reports to press@stvf.com. The above links are not required, but they will be important reference factors when the organizing committee reviews media qualifications.
4. After the registration application is submitted, the organizing committee will check your relevant information. When your registration is approved, we will send a confirmation letter to your registered email address. The confirmation letter will explain how to use the electronic media certificate. Otherwise, no further email notification will be made.
Notes
1. This year, STVF will adopt the electronic media certificate with a dynamic QR code. After your media registration information is confirmed, please obtain the electronic media certificate through the official APP or WeChat applet of STVF with your registered account. And it is not necessary for you to get it at the registration center. Media personnel will be allowed to participate in the relevant activities of this STVF or receive corresponding services with the electronic media certificate.

3. For media personnel from Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau, as well as foreign countries and regions, applying to become the STVF registered reporters, if you have any questions about the registration procedures, please contact the staff of the organizing committee at press@stvf.com
4. After submitting the registration form, if there is any change in personnel, please provide relevant supporting and explanatory materials, and send an email notification to press@stvf.com. And temporary replacement of reporters on site will not be allowed.
5. To make the latest news materials of STVF available to the media, we’ll set up the “Online News Center” on the STVF official website during STVF. Media reporters can enter the "Online News Center" with registered account and password to obtain such materials, and make interview and event application appointments.
6. During STVF, the organizing committee will partially provide lunches for registered reporters in Shanghai according to the daily event schedule. Yet the transportation and accommodation expenses will be at your cost.
